| Armed robbers sought after holdup at Opelika bank Police are asking for the public's help in identifying one of three men accused of robbing an Opelika bank. The holdup happened at 2:10 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11, at Troy Bank and Trust. Two of the men were wearing masks but the third, pictured here, was not. ( Crime Stoppers of Central Alabama ).

| Suspect questioned, released in shooting death of 61-year-old man killed after hit-and-run At least a half dozen of Walker's family members were on the scene Monday night. They declined to comment on the fatal shooting. Edwards said the investigation is ongoing.
